  • Willow & Bright  Need a cozy, cute outfit for the weekend? This is the place to find it (along with fabulous locally made body creams)

Relaxation Time:

  • OR Try a wine tasting at Fairfield's newest shop, Vino Del Mundo.Yes, you can try before you buy and you'll want to load up with some vintages to take home.

  • Torinos Pizza and Steakhouse  Grab a pizza at this iconic eatery in downtown Fairfield and soak up some local flavor.
  • Mad Hatters Billiards  Cap off the night with a few cocktails and a little friendly billiards competition. Loser buys the next round.

SATURDAY: TREAT YO'SELF

Your mood: One hand on your latte, the other reaching for something fabulous.

Brunch Goals:

  • Taco Dreams  Trust us, start with Morning Nachos, the Good Egg, or Avocado Toast. Pair it with a Mexican mocha or a cherry ginger kombucha.

Morning Adventure:

  • Flower Arranging at Petal  Book a private or group flower workshop with local florist Petal. Leave with a fresh bouquet and even fresher content for the ‘gram.

Afternoon Shopping Spree:

  • Overland Sheepskin Co.  Softest mittens, most luxurious slippers, and yes—leather jackets you'll talk yourself into (and won’t regret).
  • Foxy Curations  A quirky little shop for girls with some attitude! Perfect take-home souvenirs that don’t take up suitcase space.

 Dinner:

  • Sweet 'n Saucy BBQ   Southern BBQ in the Midwest. A popular local eatery, we recommend you try the burnt ends with the sweet potato fries and corn fritters. (you'll need lots of napkins!)
  • OR: Shokai Sushi  Fresh, modern sushi with a Midwest twist.

Late Night Fun:

  • Live Music at Café Paradiso -catch some live tunes, local art vendors, and an atmosphere that says "we're not in a rush."
  • Cocktails at La Notte - Finish off the night with some girl talk over cocktails. Try their patio or cozy up around the fireplace.

SUNDAY: SLOW & SWEET

Your mood: Brunchy, breezy, a little sleepy but still cute.

Let's Eat Lunch:

  • El Paso Tex Mex  With fast service and great flavors, you might have a hard time choosing your favorite item! (but margaritas go with everything)
