Bill Teeple is offering two Party & Paint sessions in May, Saturday, May 15th, 7:30 – 9:30, or Sunday, May 16th, 1:00 – 3:00. The sessions will take place via Zoom.

This month we are doing a copy of Sirene-et-Poisson by Marc Chagall

Party & Paint is designed to give beginners a chance to have the fun of painting. No skill or experience is required. Bill Teeple takes the group step by step through the creation of a simple painting. Bill traces the basic composition out on a canvas for the participants making the process easy. What makes these events unique is that participants copy a painting by a famous artist from the history of art. This month we are celebrating the coming summer season and breaking out of the grip of COVID with this fantasy painting by Marc Chagall.

Experienced artists are invited to join in, doing their own variations on the theme.

Packets of art supplies for the session will be made available that can be picked up at ICON. Participants will need to provide their own party beverages and snacks to their own taste.

The basic fee for Bill’s instruction is $20. Participants will have a choice of supplies provided in their box. Add $3 for just the traced canvas and the image to paint. Add $7 for canvas, image, and paint. Add $10 for canvas, image, paint, brushes, and a palette. Add extra for postage.
