Come out and enjoy Oktoberfest, October 5th, from 6pm to 10pm in Central Park! Fairfield First Fridays and the Oktoberfest Committee, have planned a great Oktoberfest! This is the 12th year the Oktoberfest Committee has worked hard to bring you a fun, and fantastic evening.
The activities for the evening include live music by The Jonas Magram Jazz Quintet, as well as a few local musicians. There will be the annual Wiener Dog Races, lawn games, a dog parade, carriage rides, prize drawings, give-aways, treats for the pups and a few new fun activities for the kids.
There will be food vendors, artists, crafters, and more set up in Central Park. Jefferson County Hospital will have pretzels and root beer, they invite you to stop by their tent in Central Park to see them. FACC has generously donated 2 pairs of tickets for upcoming holiday shows to be given away as this event. Stop by the Fairfield First Friday’s tent to register to win prizes, also there will be treats for the kids, as well as for the pups!
The time line for the evening is as follows:
6:00- Wiener Dog Races Registration/ Live Music starts
6:15- Tapping of the Keg
6:30- Jonas Magram Jazz Quintet in the gazebo
6:30- Wiener Dog Races Begin & Dog Parade following

Thymely Solutions- 104 N. Court St. – open late until 9pm on Friday October 5th. Starting October 1st lasting until October 6th is the big Anniversary Sale, with everything in the store on sale from 20 to 70% off! All customers who haven’t yet received one earlier in the week will receive a free goodie bag containing a variety of health and gift product samples with their purchase. Customers can then bring in their receipts from that week on Saturday the 6th to claim a free gift! Food and drink samples Friday night.

In the event of rain, this event will be moved to the Phoenix Rising Building. Announcements will be made on social media, local radio and on our website, in the event of inclement weather.
