Once again Fairfield is planning Scarecrows; the Gathering for late September and residents are encouraged to get out their glue guns, explore local consignment shops, and craft a fun and entertaining entry. Last year's event included some outrageous entries from Borat to Joe Exotic and we anticipate seeing more entries this year.
